Inspiring Invention Terms and Conditions

Don't share what you don't want to keep for yourself. While we encourage site users to post their original work in our games and challenges, we are not responsible for submitted material and do not have any copyright to any original work submitted to Inspiring Invention.

Remember we can use your work. By submitting materials to the site, you automatically give The Ad Council and our partners nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your work.

Give respect, get respect. We ask that you be respectful of all users who communicate on the inventnow.org site. Any usage of the site in a disrespectful manner to anyone is grounds for suspension from all games and activities.

Understand the privacy policy. By using the site, you agree with inventnow.org's privacy policy.

Any communication or material you transmit to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you transmit or post may be used by inventnow.org for any purpose, including but not limited to reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast, and posting.
